The Manufacturing Pharmacy Technician is responsible for compounding sterile preparations in an FDA-regulated 503b Outsourcing Facility, using aseptic technique and following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
The technician is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the sterile compounding environments and associated areas, material transfer of supplies and components used in the manufacturing process, visual inspection, and labeling and packaging of compounded sterile products following standard operating procedures (SOP) that ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
This position also supports other positions and departments that support manufacturing, including quality assurance, inventory control, and shipping.

Required Qualifications :
Upon hire : Washington Pharmacy Technician License
Preferred Qualifications :
- Coursework / Training Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician Program.
- Hospital Experience in sterile product preparation
