We are currently seeking a System Administrator on a contract basis to help maintain our IT infrastructure.
Job Description
As a contract System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the reliable operation of our IT systems.
This role requires a commitment of a few hours each week, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on essential IT tasks.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components.
- Manage user setup and troubleshoot common issues with Office 365 and Windows environments.
- Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Ensure basic security measures are in place for system integrity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff for desktop and network issues.
Requirements
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Office 365.
- Basic understanding of computer networks (LAN / WAN).
- Familiarity with standard IT security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and provide support.
