About the Role :

As our Gummy Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the production of gummy supplements. Your responsibilities include :

• Production Oversight : Directing gummy production activities on a shift basis, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Gummy production area
• Safety & Quality Assurance : Ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies and verifying equipment functionality and safeguards.
• Team Leadership : Assigning tasks to gummy operators and providing necessary support and ongoing team development
• Compliance Expert : Ensuring adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and Batch Record Manufacturing.
• Quality Assurance : Reviewing process controls, parameters, and batch records.
• Communication Hub : Daily updates with adjoining shift leadership for seamless operations.
• Continuous Improvement Advocate : Leading with a mindset of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams and departments, fostering a culture of unity and shared success
• Possess exceptional communication skills, with the added advantage of being bilingual in English and Spanish, facilitating effective interaction in multicultural environments
• Exhibit strong multitasking abilities and thrives in dynamic environments, adept at adapting swiftly to evolving priorities

Qualifications to be a Production Supervisor :

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably an FDA-regulated environment
• Previous experience leading a production team in a dynamic GMP-compliant facility
