This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to downtown Chicago.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the strategy, planning, design, implementation, management and performance of Configuration Management solutions that will effectively and efficiently support the strategic objectives and operational needs.
- Work with technical stakeholders to define configuration items and classes, their attributes, and data collection.
- Ensure timely population into the correct ServiceNow tables to support ITSM modules and business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Understanding capabilities, business applications, services, products, software packages, and their functionality in the ITIL model
- Comprehension of and the ability to communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB model
- Comprehension of the ServiceNow CSDM model
- Operational experience creating and managing CIs in the ServiceNow CMDB and AMDB
