Line Cook Job Description and Requirements : -Prepare delicious BBQ dishes, including brisket, pulled pork, ribs and sides -Maintain a clean and organized work environment -Work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting -Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs
