Essential Functions :

• Lays out project work and ensures that materials, tools, equipment, etc. are scheduled in a timely manner to meet scope, budget and project construction schedules
• Accountable for the on-site supervision of assigned construction projects, trade contractors, and field personnel, in such a way as to ensure scheduled completion of projects within established budget, time frame, quality and performance standards, and customer / client satisfaction
• Responsible for safe installations, alterations, additions, and / or repairs of mechanical systems, and associated materials and equipment within the commercial industry
• Able to understand and utilize architectural or MEP drawings in the field
• Assists Director with recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment;

developing personal growth opportunities

• Assist the sales group with estimating and proposal scope
• Supports the sales group with site visits
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;

developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationship
• Provides timely and completed documentation of work performed
• Drives company vehicle throughout service area while following all local laws
• Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment

Required Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 15+ years experience in the commercial industry; 5 of which must be in a supervisory role
• Journeyman or Master HVAC License.

Preferred Education and Experience :

• Experience with Data Centers
• OSHA 10 / 30 preferred

Compu Dynamics Pay Range

$50 $55 USD
