Accounting ＆ Finance Associate (Bilingual in Japanese)

Accounting Finance Associate (Japanese English bilingual is a must)
Summary
As a project member of the PMI Project, you will work directly with the management team on the PMI project.
After the PMI is completed, you will be responsible for communication with the parent company in Japan as the finance manager of the company in question.
The PMI project will be conducted at the member to manager level under the guidance of the parent company's business administration department and local management team.
Essential Duties
- Promote PMI in the administrative department (accounting, tax, HR, IT, legal, etc.)
- Integration of consolidated financial closing process (maintenance of accounting rules and regulations, establishment of workflow, support for preparation of financial statements) (US-GAAP)
- Preparation and reporting of consolidated packages to the parent company and group companies (at the level of listed companies)
- Collaboration with the parent company's internal audit department (SOX)
- Coordination with external audit
- MTGs may be required during non-working hours to communicate with Japan.

Qualifications
Must
- Japanese (Fluent)
- English (business level)
Nice to have
- CPA and accountant qualifications
- PMI experience in an advisory department of an accounting or audit professional firm
- Experience as an in-charge consultant in an accounting firm after getting CPA
- Experience in making group reporting packages for Japanese public companies
