As a Water Resources Project Manager associated with our Boise, ID office, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver planning, design, and implementation phases of projects for municipal, private, state, Tribal, irrigation district, and Federal clients.

Working with other members of our local and regional team, you’ll perform design engineering, project design staff oversight, quality control, client development, proposal preparation and sales pursuits for challenging projects related to fish passage, stream restoration, stormwater management, drainage, hydropower, and water conveyance and storage in Idaho and throughout the Northwest.

You will be leading a multi-disciplinary design team and working directly with our clients to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Biological and Agricultural, or related engineering discipline.Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Minimum seven years of professional experience in water resources engineering and related roles.Experience designing and leading small water resources projects.

Ability to lead the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, model development and analysis, studies, proposals and / or reports.

Ideally, you'll also have : Master’s degree in a discipline listed above.Eight to twelve years of experience working in engineering roles.

Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams on medium to large water resources projects.Strong network among water resources clients in the region.
