Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with demonstrated ability to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CI CD Support Engineering

Responsibilities

• CI CD Platform Support
• Fulfill service requests ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
• Assist developers in unblocking failing CI CD pipelines and continuously improve automated Pipeline.
• Provide support during deployments to accelerate build and deployment processes.
• Update existing DevOps tools configuration.
• Manage DevOps tools access.
• Knowledge Base SOPs FAQs Creation & Maintenance
• Manage patching upgrades for CI CD products handle coordination while cloud tech refreshes and OS upgrades on GTP CICD platform.
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage DevOps tools governance strategy and platform lifecycle.
• Address and remediate vulnerabilities in DevOps tools.
• Any coordination while performing certificate renewals password rotations disaster recovery tests and hypervisor maintenance on GTP CICD platform.
• Address major incidents with on-call pager duty incident resolution root cause analysis and problem management.
• Monitor and respond to production environment alerts to ensure CI CD tools availability.
• Coordination when there is a Test disaster recovery execution plans to ensure business continuity.
• Troubleshoot and take corrective actions for incidents.
• Analyze and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Offer specialized service for onboarding applications including Argo CD Test Hub Looper Pro Infiniti pipeline Artifactory Accessibility Testing and other tools.
• White Glove support during the deployments to accelerate build and deployment pipeline execution on platforms using Looper Pro Infinity Concord Test hub and other Pipeline products.
• Create comprehensive documentation to facilitate tool adoption and usage.
• Focus on reducing support tickets through proactive measures and automation.
• Prioritize operational excellence and technical debt reduction through CICD product enhancements and automation.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Implement new solutions and enhancements to improve the DevOps environment.
