SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst supporting the Office of Command Climate and Well-being Integration’s (OCCWI)’s Well-being & Prevention Practices (WBPP) Directorate.
This is an OSD-level office situated within OUSD(P&R), Office of Force Resiliency (OFR).
This is a remote position with limited travel requirements.
Job Duties :
Support Director, WBPP in routine coordination and project management of multiple workstreams focused on Well-being and Prevention Practices strategic communications and prevention messaging efforts.
Serve as SAIC’s WBPP directorate lead, integrating these multiple workstreams and the SAIC and government teams supporting them.
Develop and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM) as part of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)to support project fulfillment and implementation support the OCCWI WBPP Directorate.
Act as the primary liaison between the WBPP Director and the SAIC OCCWI program manager, Deputy program manager and the project leads to best support the government deliverables requirements through organizing, planning, recurring project meeting facilitation, meeting minutes, due outs, strategies, plans, etc.
Advise and assist OCCWI WBPP Directorate on messaging and communication strategy.
Coordinate with existing SAIC teams to support the development of programmatic-specific WBPP plans, strategies, communications, meetings, materials, etc.
to support all WBPP portfolio and related OCCWI efforts.
Where indicated, lead development and coordination of leadership briefing communications materials on all WBPP workstreams.
This would include regularly recurring and ad hoc briefings as requested.
Lead the coordination and development of written or otherwise prepared communications, in response to RFI’s or other hot taskers, as indicated, for all WBPP workstreams.
Lead the development of a consolidated WBPP strategic communication plan informed by the programmatic plans across the WBPP directorate’s efforts.
Integrate with other OCCWI directorates as needed, including their respective directors, specific programmatic government teams and / or leads, and / or the SAIC team(s) and / or leads supporting them.
Draft internal and external correspondence on behalf of Director, WBPP and / or other directorate government leads, that is inline with best practices and expectations of high-level DoD communications.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience :
Bachelors and 9 years of relevant experience; Masters and 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Security Clearance :
Active Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Required Skills :
3 years’ experience with scheduling and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Office suite; MSProject, MS Teams, Share Point, etc.
Experience with DoD systems (i.e., MilSuite, etc.) a plus.
Experience navigating government security practices and procedures in working across the government and contractor virtual spaces.
Ability to obtain a common access card (CAC) and navigate the DoD virtual space.
Demonstrated ability to write and communicate concepts clearly and concisely
using language and best practices specific to high level governmental
operations.
Ability to understand DoD organizational structure and think strategically about how WBPP project and efforts integrate with other OCCWI directorate projects and efforts, in support of OCCWI’s prevention mission within OFR.
Prior service in the military or experience working closely with military
populations strongly preferred.
Must be a Self-Starter and driven to support the Prevention mission.
Target salary range : $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
