Job Description :

Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to support a client to transform their cloud architecture.

As a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst you will lead a cross-functional product development team to design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and customer expectations, meet product functionality, cost, and delivery schedules.

Apply ServiceNow knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation.

Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.

Here's what you need :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience as a configuration manager, ServiceNow designer or business analyst

Bonus points if you have :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Security Clearance :

An active TS / SCI clearance is required to start

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
