Stretch Zone Palm Coast has an opening for an organized, dynamic Front Desk Sales Associate to undertake all receptionist and administrative duties.
You will be the face and "voice" of the company for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
Competence in dealing with challenges and providing information with a five-star customer-service approach are essential.
The goal is to make visitors and clients feel comfortable and valued while on our premises or when communicating by phone.
The Administrative Receptionist Associate is a key contributor to making visitors and clients have a great experience whenever they interact with Stretch Zone.

Responsibilities :
- Greet new visitors and clients with a smile to create a great first impression
- Make an average of 30 outbound phone calls, and 30 SMS text messages daily
- Makes calls to confirm demos 24-48 hrs. prior to appointment time
- Answer all inbound calls using our proven Telephone Intake (IT) script
- Complete all assigned automated tasks generated from Club Ready as directed by GM
- Field customer complaints and concerns by noting on client accounts and alerting GM
- Understand and communicate company policies regarding contract memberships, cancellations, and refunds
- Communicate any past due accounts to GM
- Helps promote current client renewals as directed by GM
- Calls all clients who are not meeting their session per week average
- Assists in monitoring client sessions to ensure appointments run on time
- Works closely with store stretch practitioners and the management team to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients
- Responsible for managing the inventory of the store
- Assist the team to ensure the studio is clean and always organized
Required knowledge and skills :
- Must be highly motivated to succeed with self and others
- Must become proficient with Club Ready software
- Must practice a Five-Star approach to customer service
- Exhibit outstanding organizational skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to enhance administrative skills and increase Stretch Zone knowledge
- Have a solid understanding of studio operations
- Love being a team player
Compensation / Perks :
- $13 - $15 per hour
