What you will bedoing :
Reporting to the ExecutiveChef responsibilities and essential job functions include but arenot limited to thefollowing :
- Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and proactive guest service whilesupporting fellow Colleagues.
- Assist in thepreparation and service of all food items for operations opinionsand suggestions in daily shiftbriefings
- Maintain proper rotation of productin all chillers to minimizewaste / spoilage
- Ensure storeroom requisitionsare accurate
- Ensure the cleanlinessand maintenance of all work areas utensils andequipment
- Have full knowledge of all menu itemsdaily features and promotions
- Follow kitchenpolicies procedures and servicestandards
- Follow all safety and sanitationpolicies when handling food and beverage
- Otherduties as assigned
- Hourly Rate : $30.78 USDgross per hour
Yourexperience and skillsinclude :
- Previousexperience in the culinary field anasset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solvingabilities
- Highly responsible &reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure ina fast paced environment
- Ability to workcohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focusattention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
Physical Aspectsof Position (include but are not limited to) :
- Constant standing andwalking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting andcarrying up to 30 lbs
- Occasional kneelingpushing pulling
- Occasional ascending ordescending ladders stairs andramps
