Cutover Lead - Procurement

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Cutover Lead with deep expertise in SAP S / 4HANA to manage the cutover process within the Procurement space.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of procurement processes during a major system transition.

What you will be doing :

  • Lead and manage the cutover process for the migration from a legacy system to SAP S / 4HANA, focusing on procurement-related processes.
  • Plan and execute blackout periods for each sub-procurement process to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure readiness for cutover.
  • Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are met.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure proper documentation and post-go-live support plans are in place.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing cutover activities in SAP S / 4HANA implementations, specifically within the procurement space.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and their dependencies during a system cutover.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Solid project management experience with a track record of managing complex transitions.
  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco (50% of the time, every other week).
