JOB OVERVIEW
The Associate Manager, Retail Marketing responsible for the execution of retail marketing initiatives including but not limited to loyalty program, OMNI channel experience, in-store brand experience, POP execution and general new store opening support.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the planning and asset requests for retail marketing, including but not limited to POPS, window displays, emails, ads, and print.
- Oversee the implementation of TM Rewards enhancements across all retail locations in partnership with retail support team
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, loyalty programs and OMNI channel experiences, reporting and findings and provide recommendations
- Leverage brand knowledge and experience to plan strategic activations and create innovative store experience to drive traffic and / or increase brand awareness
- Create and maintain reporting to track and analyze de-brief campaigns, retail initiatives and in store / mall marketing.
- Collaborate with retail team and key marketing stakeholders to ensure all assets are properly executed across all retail stores
- Collaborate with mall marketing partners to develop strategic annual plans for advertising to support business and foot traffic growth
- Support new store opening marketing procedures from initial concept to execution of store opening.
- Support onsite new store opening needs
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient in loyalty programs
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicable
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in omni brand Retail Marketing, with a focus on loyalty programs
