ELS is hiring for the position of Campground Guest Relations Clerk in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Who we are : Circle M Campground is a popular family campground located in Lancaster, PA. Our location is rich with amenities, including swimming pools, volleyball, pickleball, basketball, and miniature golf.
At Circle M , we empower our teams to create memories by celebrating community and doing the unexpected. This is a full-time position from April - October.
Candidate must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Wha t you’ll do :
Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guestand resident experiences.
Your job will include :
- Act as thepropertyliaison and provide guestsand residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
- Process payments and deposits.
- Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
- Partner with yourPropertyManager and communicate frequently toaddress inquiriesin a timely and professional manner.
- Prioritizecustomersatisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
Experience & skills you need :
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ yearsof experience in customer servicewithexceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
