We’re a digital marketing agency focused on helping law firms attract more clients and build their brands. Conferences and industry events are a big part of our outreach, and we’re looking for someone outgoing, organized, and comfortable with face-to-face client engagement to join us in this role.
Position Summary :
As our Conference Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll represent our agency at legal industry events, connect with potential clients, and help us grow relationships with law firms who could benefit from our services.
You’ll be essential in generating interest, sharing what we do, and following up with new leads to bring them on board.
Responsibilities :
Attend legal conferences and trade shows to represent our agency and network with law firms and industry professionals.
Approach and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and explaining how our services can support them.
Help create and manage event materials, presentations, and booths to showcase our work effectively.
Diligently follow up with new contacts and keep track of leads, working with our team to convert potential clients.
Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to refine our event strategy and improve client outreach.
Qualifications :
Experience in client engagement, marketing, or business development, ideally within digital marketing or professional services.
Comfortable connecting and communicating with new people in person and virtually.
Willingness to travel to conferences and events.
Some knowledge of digital marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, and content marketing (a plus).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
