Job Summary
The position leads customer credit and collection functions, establishing operational standards for risk assessment, credit approval, and customer portfolio analysis in a dynamic marketplace.
Key responsibilities include :
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Using negotiation skills to create strategic partnerships to increase growth while managing credit risk.
- Enforcing credit policies and ensuring compliance, providing expertise.
- Leading a credit team of four and participating in growth strategies and business integrations.
- Analyzing financial data and credit portfolio metrics, authorizing credit approvals, and managing contracts for credit tools.
Daily Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business with 10 of relevant experience
- Preferred NACM Credit Designation.
- knowledge of credit laws and regulations.
- Proven experience managing and developing credit staff for five years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Moderate travel is required.
