We're excited to welcome a Catering and Marketing Director to our team! In this role, you'll lead and grow our catering operations while driving marketing efforts across all locations in the Washington market (Tri-Cities).
You'll manage catering inquiries, implement creative catering strategies, and help spread the word about COSTA VIDA through exciting marketing initiatives.

We're seeking someone with strong interpersonal skills who loves connecting with people and building relationships. If you're friendly, eager to grow, and have a knack for managing multiple projects at once, this could be the perfect fit! Experience in catering management or a similar role is great, but we're most interested in your ability to lead with enthusiasm and execute plans effectively across various locations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Catering Management : Oversee catering inquiries and coordinate initiatives to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for our clients.
- Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement fun, engaging marketing campaigns to promote COSTA VIDA, including organizing events and participating in sponsorships.
- Client Relations : Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, guests, and local businesses to create new catering opportunities and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Event Planning : Plan and execute events that showcase COSTA VIDA, driving community engagement and excitement.
Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects with a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Experience in catering or event management is a plus.
- Eagerness to grow and contribute to a positive team environment.
Compensation :
- Competitive base salary between $65,000 and $75,000 per year.
- Commission based on catering performance.
