- Immediate patient volume in this turn-key opportunity
- Most of the staff has 10+ years, low turnover
- Joining a team of 11 orthopods and 6 Pain and PMRs POD, RHEU, CHIRO, and 22 Pas (all cross-trained and cover hospital rounds)
- Private practice model with partnership track with group-owned surgical centers, MRIs, and PT & Urgent Care clinics
- Hand call only and (optional) part of general ortho call
