SUMMARY : The mission of the Risk Fusion Center (RFC) is to provide a centralized monitoring center to coordinate the enterprise’s response to crisis, emergencies and security situations while minimizing the impact of events on the enterprise and personnel.

The RFC is a single point of contact for Facility Emergency Management Teams, Facility Security Manager, Emergency Agencies and travelers to facilitate rapid contact, situational awareness, reporting, and response.

The center operates on a 24 / 7 schedule globally, while also employing regional and localized support functions across the enterprise.

Night shift : 6pm - 6am

Temp assignment : Until April 15, 2025

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

The functions listed below describe five main lines of operation of this center. (NOTE : Additional lines of operation may expand RFC operations).

Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately. The center may not be required to perform all the functions listed.

Additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified, according to business necessity.

  • All assigned duties or tasks are deemed to be part of the essential functions, unless such duties or tasks are unrelated to the functions listed, in which case they are deemed to be other (nonessential) functions.
  • The center and its employees are held accountable for successful job performance. Job performance standards may be documented separately and include functions, objectives, duties or tasks not listed herein.

Employees must review all SOP’s periodically to ensure current knowledge is obtained for all updates to the SOP’s.

Essential Functions of the Risk Fusion Center :

Execute Risk Fusion Center, Standard Operating Procedures

General Event / Situational Awareness reporting, dissemination, file retention.

Monitor and respond to alarms triggered across all our corporate facilities Record and document all alarms and responses Liaise with corporate security teams to ensure incident response is appropriate and effective Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all monitoring activity Perform routine testing and maintenance of monitoring systems

Incident Monitoring / Response

Detection, processing, reporting, response

Communications / Customer Service

You will be communicating by phone / email with people on a global scale. Providing excellent customer service to Facility Security Managers, leadership and Regional and District Security managers.

Vulnerability Management

Operators to provide (but not limited to) daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on situational events.

Emergency Notification, Response, and Reporting

Threat Intelligence Alarm Monitoring CCTV Monitoring Access Control Dispatch emergency personnel, vehicles, and support personnel

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Exhibits ability to remain calm in a crisis
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills verbally and writing
  • Can work closely with any team and provide a positive working atmosphere
  • Demonstrates excellent listening skills / Not afraid to ask questions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Is capable of using radio dispatch system
  • Possesses the ability to remain alert for long shifts (12 hours)
  • Demonstrates ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exhibits strong organizational abilities
  • Capable of articulating instructions clearly in writing and speech

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required

BEST APPLICANTS WILL HAVE

  • Associate degree and 3 years experience in security, operations or a Command / Emergency Management center
  • Alarm monitoring or security operations center environment
  • Experience using radio dispatch systems
  • Working with all cultures of people
