This position is Full Time, 40 hours / week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
This role starts at $16 / hr plus quarterly bonuses!
We are currently seeking a maintenance porter / groundskeeper to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.

We have a Porter position available at the following location in Frisco, TX :
Bexley Frisco Station
Residential maintenance janitorial / housekeeping / grounds and turn experience is a plus.
Some interior / exterior maintenance experience a plus.
Job Duties Include :
- Daily grounds pick up, maintain dog park and exterior amenities
- Interior hallway upkeep, assist with cleaning and general maintenance
- Clean swimming pool and pool area
- Preventative Maintenance
