The Senior Analyst for the Security Operations Center (SOC) would be part of a globally distributed 24 / 7 operations team.

This team is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents in order to protect the organization's infrastructure and data.

The team works collaboratively with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders both internally and externally to drive the organization's security initiatives.

The Senior Analyst will also act as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a team of Security Analysts, providing guidance, support, and championing continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Role

• Provide expert analysis and advice on security matters
• Manage and respond to security incidents
• Lead a team of Security Analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and implement operational improvements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Possess in-depth knowledge of security tools and incident investigation
• Interpret threat intelligence and deploy countermeasures
• Establish priorities and deliver objectives within a project management framework
• Communicate effectively and work in a cross-functional team

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experiences as a Security Analyst or Security Engineer
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in security incident response and handling complex security events
• Ability to operate and contribute to a 24 / 7 security operations center
• Detailed knowledge of security tool and threat intelligence
• Proficiency in relevant security concepts and technologies
• Experience in a fast-paced, global security operations environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and deliver objectives
• Understanding of networking protocols and operating systems

About the Team

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be betweenUSD$124,480 and USD$247,800 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
