Job Title : Test Equipment Engineer

Job description :
- ATE setup and Testing using the tester Advantest 93k
- Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages
- Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems
- Characterization, yield enhancement, datalogging and spec validation.
- Verifying SLT engineering setups. Planning and tracking all SLT testing activities
- Interpret patterns in the data collected.
- Collaborate with engineering groups including SLT PE, SLT TE, ATE, systems / silicon validation, and quality teams to coordinate efforts to resolve silicon issues.
- Install and Update OS / FW using instructions
- Maintenance Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards.
