DIRECT HIRE
LOCATION : Fort Wayne, IN
PAY : $30 - $32 / hour + 5% shift differential (based on hourly wage) + $1 attendance bonus + gain sharing program (up to 5% of quarterly earning will be paid as a bonus)
SHIFT : 2nd shift, M-F, 3pm-11pm
OVERTIME : 1.5x hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 per week
PTO : 2 weeks of PTO + 9 paid company holidays

Qualifications :
- A 2-year technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical
- A minimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, Best Practices
- Knowledge of PM’s, Predictive and Pro-Active Maintenance
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc., as the job may require
- Experience working effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables and implement solutions to correct
