Medical Scribe
As a Medical Scribe, you are responsible for preparing and assembling medical records / documentation for physicians. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in the Healthcare industry!
Responsibilities :
- Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Assist physicians with documentation and data entry.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Organize and manage patient charts.
- Respond to physician requests for information in a timely manner.
- Assist with medical coding when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits and treatments.
