Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This role will oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective cost management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing sector and possess strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead the budgeting process and provide regular forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Cost Accounting : Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, develop cost control measures, and provide insights to improve profitability.

Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting professional development and ensuring high-performance standards.

Audit & Compliance : Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.

System Improvements : Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including operations and supply chain, to ensure alignment on financial goals and reporting.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
