Description :
Responsible for performing daily tasks such as labeling, recording, maintaining records, copying, printing, and other similar duties utilizing appropriate computer program.
This job will mostly consist of labeling kits with patient information and ensure the kit is correct before shipping out to the customer
- Fulfilling mail orders and keeping up with productivity standards
- Pull the right product for the right customer in the box with the correct label
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA laws- will see addresses and phone numbers
- Enter data, and order information - work with data through Excel. (Need to understand functions like cut / paste, copy / paste, etc )
- Manage, coordinate and fulfill customer orders (from Medicare & Medicaid services)
Hours :
Monday-Friday 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm; 7-3 : 30 pm or 8 am - 4 : 30 pm
