SUMMARY of Duties
Cooks are responsible for the preparation, presentation, serving, clean up and storage of well balanced and delicious meals.
Ability to utilize a menu specified for seniors, with adaptability and critical thinking skills to make changes as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain quality of food services, quantity prepared and sanitation of food preparation area. Follows standard precautions, proper handwashing, proper sanitation of kitchen and dinning areas utilized,
Be able to work every other weekend and some holidays.
Work Experience Qualifications
- One-year experience preparing food from scratch or equivalent preferred
- Current / Valid Food manager sanitation license that is ANSI accredited.
- Must 18 years of age or older

Educational Qualifications
A High school diploma or equivalent
