Analyst - OCM

What success looks like in this role :

This position is an execution role, taking direction from the Unisys OCM Lead (OCM Sr. Manager or OCM Manager as assigned)

The OCM Analyst supports change management activities for Unisys OCM active projects

The OCM Analyst contributes to the fulfillment of communication and project performance supporting requirements associated with OCM strategic initiatives

The OCM Analyst is a publication support resource for print and digital communications for client and internal OCM projects and will produce : Videos, Brochures, Posters, OCM Solution Briefs;

OCM Change, Communication, Training, Leader Action, Engagement, Sustainment, and other plans

The OCM Analyst will also assist in the development of OCM collateral

You will be successful in this role if you have :

An undergraduate degree is preferred

Experience engaging directly with stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, adapt to changing requests, and apply critical thinking to a varity of people problems

Basic knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools

Experience creating and delivering verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations and reports

Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take the initiative to help drive assigned work

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
