St. Patrick Catholic Church Early Childhood Learning Center, located in Mount Dora, Fl., is accepting resumes for part-time classroom teachers for infants to 4 year olds.
The Part time position candidate will need to be flexible in their hours and be able to assist with children from infants to 4 year olds.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Fill in for teachers as needed.
- Supervision of students.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Implement scheduled activities.
- Work with individual and groups of students.
Requirements
Applicants must desire to work in a creative environment and can help promote a well-organized functional classroom in which students take advantage of the instructional program.
- High School diploma, GED.
- Prior to employment, all candidates will be required to successfully pass the diocesan Safe Environment training and a Level II criminal history and background check in accordance with diocesan policy and Florida state law.
A DCF clearance will also be required.
- Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings.
- Church employees must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Church.
- Their public behavior must not violate the faith, morals or laws of the Church or the policies of the diocese.
