Search underway for a Sales Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality carbide cutting tools serving the industrial machining and metalworking industries.

The company’s innovative products are known for their durability and precision, making them a trusted partner for their customers' cutting tool needs.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our client’s team. This position will be responsible for leading sales efforts within their assigned region, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales in the carbide cutting tool industry and a proven track record of success in building and managing a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in the carbide cutting tool industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction in the machining and metalworking industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the cutting tool industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share in the carbide cutting tool market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development efforts in the cutting tool industry.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies in the carbide cutting tool industry.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the cutting tool industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the carbide cutting tool industry and its market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
