This Per Diem Administrative Specialist II supports our Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) programs in MaineHealth's Department of Medical Education.
The position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the administrative operations while working closely with faculty and staff.
The incumbent prepares materials for courses; manages catering orders for all UME programming; makes travel arrangements;
manages schedules and calendars; prepares, processes, and tracks invoices and reimbursements, and other similar activities.
The right candidate for this role will have previous experience supporting a fast-paced team juggling multiple competing priorities and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education : High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. License / Certifications : N / A
3. Experience : Three years of experience in an administrative support role required.
4. Additional Skills / Requirements Required : Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
5. Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : N / A
