Help Desk Technician
SNI Technology has been retained to assist in filling a Help Desk Technician role for a great local Jacksonville healthcare client.
This is a contract role that will start onsite for training and then transition to fully remote.
Starting Salary : Between $17 / hr.-$18 / hr.
Work Schedule : 11am - 7 : 30pm or 8am -5pm Monday-Friday
Ideal Qualifications / Experience :
- Experience providing customer support or technical assistance for incoming concerns related to software and hardware issues
- Experience working with heavy phone volume or remote support
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
