The skilled nursing facility on campus has excellent star ratings and a long-tenured Administrator.
We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing who displays a kind demeanor, good work ethic, strong clinical skills and excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications :
- RN in Maryland (active and in good standing)
- Director of Nursing experience within a CCRC / Life Plan Community required
- Demonstrated knowledge with state regulations and survey readiness
- Solid tenure with current and previous employers
