They're in need of a Plant Manager with the ability to command the full-scope of the facility.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Automotive Industry Experience
- 10+ Years operations leadership of full plant oversight in complex manufacturing environments
- Comfortable leading 3 shift 24 / 7 operation with 300+ employees
- Full P&L
- Proven track record of lean manufacturing deployment and plant system development
- Hands on leader
