Responsibilities

Serves as the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) lead for the team, providing continued support through training, reporting, testing and job aid creation.

Works closely with the Association’s Dynamics technical team and attends CRM monthly training and support meetings.

Responsible for updating and maintaining onboarding job aids.

Manages the Conflict-of-Interest process in the Convey system.

Meeting preparation support.

Provides operational support to team and director.

Assists with national committee nomination process.

Maintains organizational charts.

Assists with onboarding new hires.

Monitors and ensures accuracy of council committee web content.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience involving administrative or project management work.

Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to be pro-active.

Ability to work independently and drive for results to meet deliverables.

Work-Life Harmonization The Association offers Paid Time Off (PTO) at a minimum of 16 days per year for new employees. The number of days will increase based on seniority level.

You will also have a total of 12 paid holidays off each year, which includes several days off at the end of the year.
