Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.

Cleans internal areas of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.

Maintains structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment.

Builds, repairs, and installs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building framework, and trim.Replaces damaged ceiling tile, floor tile, and wall coverings.

Assists in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.Assists other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
