What this role will be responsible for / doing :
Operational Support Tickets :
SSRS report promotions to production environments
Tier 3 Support Tickets for the Applications Team with escalation to Tier 4 when unable to resolve
YubiKey support for vendors : PIN codes, set up, and overall support for vendors.
Security and Application Assignments :
Conversion of all SQL and report security groups to GroupID.
Bi-annual on-prem application updates for four specific applications
Back up security support for WorkDay ERP
