Key Responsibilities : Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their holiday preferences, interests, budget, and any special requirements.
Itinerary Development : Create customized holiday itineraries that include accommodations, activities, dining options, and transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Vendor Coordination : Build and maintain relationships with hotels, tour operators, and local attractions to provide clients with the best options and rates.
Travel Research : Stay informed about popular and emerging destinations, local events, and seasonal trends to provide clients with up-to-date recommendations.
Problem Resolution : Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly, providing solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Budget Management : Help clients manage their travel budgets effectively, suggesting ways to maximize their holiday experience within their financial constraints.
Marketing Support : Assist in promoting holiday packages and services through social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
Qualifications : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
