We are currently seeking a Lead Configuration Manager to join the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort.
This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population.

Primary Responsibilities
- Reporting on metrics of Request for Change (RFC's), utilizing Jira's ticketing system
- Managing all phases of the RFC lifecycle and ticketing experience using Atlassian tool (Jira)
- Manage and enforce strict adherence to hardware / software release processes, using best practices.
- Effective in producing clear and concise written configuration status reports and provide support to contract deliverables.
- Manage, own, and develop new solutions and processes as needed.
- Define, update, and extend Program Configuration Management (CM) team structure and provide training to CM team as needed.
- Manage and maintain configuration control throughout all phases of the product life cycle, whether documentation, software, hardware etc.
- Support Program configuration control board functions : scheduling meetings; generating agendas, minutes, action item reminders;
- meeting facilitation and note / action item taking; updating electronic control boards with actions, assignees, status comments, due dates;
following-up with assignees to drive on-time actions as needed
- Responsibilities include maintaining an overall configuration and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Maintain and update Configuration Management policies, procedures, and standards to align with CESOs policies.
Basic Qualifications
- BS degree and 12+ years of directly relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Candidate must possess an active DOD TS / SCI level security clearance, and be eligible to obtain and maintain a w / CI Poly
- Experience managing software and hardware configuration in Jira.
- Candidate will interact with military, other contractors, and U.S. Government personnel; therefore, requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate must possess an active DOD Top Secret / SCI level security clearance, and be eligible to obtain and maintain a CI / Poly
- IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
- Ability to translate highly technical matter to non-technical audience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experienced with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners
- Master's degree in IT, or related field

Pay Range : Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
