Position Summary
The Operations Analyst will be assigned ownership of a specific piece of a project and will need to prepare, process and perform quality control on electronic data to provide quality results to our clients while meeting time sensitive deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
- General - Learn our proprietary software (NUIX, Relativity) and become knowledgeable with established processes and workflowsCommunicate project status and updates effectively with all levels of the companyResolve or elevate issues that arise during data processing
- Quality & Process Alignment - Ensuring work is of the highest quality, in compliance with the Company’s set quality standardsInvestigate errors, anomalies, and other problems for identification and future prevention
Requirements :
- Self-driven and motivated individual
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to use critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to effectively identify solutions to non-standard requests and issue resolution
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements and priorities
- Experience processing data in an Electronic Discovery environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment is strongly preferred
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency, initiative and ownership
- Efficient work-style with an eye for continual process improvement
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and an extreme attention to detail is required
- Experience with Windows Operating System is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and other Office applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of litigation support applications such as IPRO, Nuix, LAW, Relativity, Concordance, etc. a plus

The Compensation range for this role is 12.56 - 25.13 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
