Job Title HP Indigo Digital Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HP Indigo Digital Press Operator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HP Indigo Digital Presses.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality printing of labels and tags. You will work within our production team to bring designs to life and ensure that our customers' requirements are met.

Founded in 1969, they have five regional manufacturing facilities Georgia, Indiana, Maine, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina serving the eastern half of the US.
Primary Duties
- Operate Equipment : Operate HP Indigo 6K Digital Press and GM DC350 Label Finisher, and perform routine maintenance. Troubleshoot any issues with the press or print quality.
- Safety : Follow safety procedures while operating press and handling materials.
- Proofing and Quality Control : Perform thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in print materials, making necessary adjustments.
- Continuous Improvement : Suggest and implement process improvements according to lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration : Work closely with production and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all jobs.
- Read and understand Job Tickets and other technical production documents.
- Training : Train other associates on equipment you are proficient in operating.
Secondary Duties
- Gather and stage raw materials and supplies for upcoming jobs.
- Assist other equipment operators to keep machines running, and jobs on-time.
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Job Qualifications, Requirements, and Experience
- Experience in the printing or packaging industry preferred.

Position Info
This is a full-time, hourly position.
1st Shift, 8 Hour Workday
Monday Friday
7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30PM
