Work Location : Reading, PA Hybrid, coming into the office at least 3 days per week with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday being set days.

Key Responsibilities :

Guarantee assigned wire transactions from all channels, foreign currency payments, customer service, wire investigation / research, and reconciliations are done in a complete and timely manner and are in line with all policies and procedures, established service levels, as well as within audit and compliance requirements

Ensure all outgoing wires have appropriate approval prior to transmitting funds

Monitor incoming wire queues to ensure assigned transactions are posted in a timely and accurate manner

Provide elite customer service regarding wire transfers

Monitor and review OFAC hits and ensure compliance with Financial Crimes business unit requirements

Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors, communicate findings to management, and recommend solutions for process improvements

Conduct quarterly testing on current processes and procedures, as well as design and document UAT processes for on-going Payment Operations improvements

Support opening and closing procedures

Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that payment systems and processes are fully integrated and compliant with industry standards.

Assist with Payment Operations reporting

What you'll do :

2+ years of wire transfer experience within a Bank / Credit Union

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience using PayPlus software preferred

Ability to multi-task with

Ability to build strong relationships
