WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR JOURNEYMAN SERVICE ELECTRICIAN

THE SCHEDULE :

You typically work from Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm with some flexibility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Your day-to-day involves completing top-quality work that exceeds our clients' expectations and encourages them to recommend us to others! You efficiently tackle your service appointments by effectively communicating with dispatch and using ServiceTitan.

Closely following our steps of service, you greet clients, diagnose problems with their electrical systems, and perform exceptional repairs.

You ask clients questions about their needs and offer relevant options, ensuring they receive the best services while driving sales for our company.

Once the job is done, you completely clean your work area, leaving everything better than when you arrived!

OUR REQUIREMENTS :

• Journeyman electrician license in MA
• Sales skills with the ability to explain options and financing programs to clients
• Technical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable and coachable spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license

OSHA certifications and ServiceTitan experience are preferred but not required.
