This position will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and coordinating the day-to-day support for CPO Solutions.

The Director’s primary role is to ensure our client(s) are satisfied with Assurant’s support while Assurant’s revenue goals are met for the client.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job ?

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT

Oversee the management of all aspects of existing client relationships with the intent of maintaining or expanding the relationship in a manner beneficial to Assurant and its clients.

Client relationship maintenance and development to be measured in terms of :

  • Client retention at the same or more favorable contractual terms
  • Expanded service delivery for a fee to the client.
  • On-going measures of satisfaction such as surveys and focus groups can be used as indicators of satisfaction.
  • Support Account Team in the development of annual business plans; client business reviews to ensure metrics and mutual revenue goals are being met.
  • Assist business with Client RFP responses.
  • Manage general aspects of service delivery at the client level. This includes defining services to be performed as priced and contracted.
  • Selecting, prioritizing, and coordinating client projects in connection with service delivery, such as new client installs, new product installs, or new service installs.
  • Monitoring service performance and assuring client commitments are satisfied.
  • Ensure Assurant identifies client billing opportunities and ensures that client(s) are billed, and fees are collected from client(s) for services performed outside of the scope of our relationship.
  • Ensuring client aligns with profitability and ROE baseline requirements.

RISK MANAGEMENT AND ASSURANT INITIATIVE DEPLOYMENT AT THE CLIENT LEVEL

  • Assure clients operate within regulatory guidelines as wells as Assurant policies regarding all aspects of the business.
  • Advocate and manage change requirements for clients as specified by Assurant and its various supporting functional teams to comply with all business guidelines.

RESOURCE ALIGNMENT

  • Prioritization of resources / projects with Support Teams.
  • Deployment of Support Team resources to align with the Client project / installations and Business Unit projects.

STRATEGY and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Advocate, manage, and deploy all initiatives at the client level meant to improve the operating performance of Assurant.
  • Identify key strategic client related initiatives to further the objectives and strategies defined in the business plan.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the area(s) managed.
  • 2 + years of management experience (either direct management or managing cross-functional teams).
  • Independent Performer - has successfully demonstrated good business judgement in client and internal engagements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions and communicate actions.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experience in BI tools, Oracle, and other ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, concurrently.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

What other skills / experience would be helpful to have?

  • 5+ years experience working for a Tier 1 Mobile carrier.
  • Extensive knowledge of Mobile carrier environment.
  • Understanding of Mobile carrier business, Mobile carrier operating systems and how to integrate with those systems.

LI-remote

Pay Range :

$99,200.00 - $165,600.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
