OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE - BILLING SPECIALIST - MENTAL HEALTH
Job Description Job DescriptionOperations + Finance + Human ResourcesSchedule / Location : Full- time, Hybrid (Remote 1 day per week)Compensation : $60,000-$80,000Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in management, project management, finance, or related field.
Bachelor'sdegrees in psychology or related fields may also be considered. Proven experience in operations, including hiring, customer service, and financial oversight.
Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with insurance billing is a petencies : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a person-centric approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Displays ownership and a proactive approach to responsibilities.About the Role : Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding billing and insurance inquiries.
Execute and track financial transactions including credit card charges, following of paymentplans, and recording check payments.
Support client invoicing by generating statements and reviewing insurance claims. Verify accuracy of transaction details and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with vendors to facilitate billing, regulatory compliance, and systems management. Conduct hiring and onboarding of all staff and maintain personnel records.
Manage and oversee competency assessments and performance review cycles. Assist with clinic compliance requirements including orienting new staff, conducting emergencydrills, and incident reporting.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and prospective staff by delivering exceptionalservice. Audit client charts for timeliness and completeness of documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhancement of client andcandidate experiences. Provides assistance or coverage with admissions, as needed.
