Morning, evening, and full day shifts available. Discover your potential in roles such as :
Call Center Agent : Embark on a customer-centric journey by addressing customer questions and concerns about our products and services over the phone.
Sharpen your skills in handling inbound calls.
E-services Agent : Become a customer service champion through various e-Service channels such as calls, chats, and emails.
Assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and verify customer information while following established procedures.
Data Processing Specialist : Play a key role in tasks such as processing mail orders and communicating with customers and fulfillment partners via phone and email.
Contribute to efficient data management processes.
Qualifications :
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude to approach customer interactions with a welcoming and positive demeanor
- Adaptability to varying shifts and tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Empathy and patience
Pay and Duration : Pay rates start at $13 / hour based on experience. These positions are an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and kickstart your career.
The roles will begin now through October and continue through the holiday season, with potential for extension based on performance, business needs, and your availability.
