Seneca also provides vegetable products to other companies under various co-pack arrangements. Seneca Foods in Glencoe, MN is currently seeking a full-time Plant Electrician to join our team.

Completes repairs during the processing season to meet production goals. Overhaul and install plant equipment during non-production periods to be ready for the next scheduled production run.

Responsibilities : Installing & maintaining plant equipment to meet specifications & regulations. Repair & trouble shooting of electrical wiring, PLC's, controllers, lighting controls & electrical motors in a production environment.

Maintain cost control over equipment & supplies for budget. Ensure that General Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), safety rules & regulations are being followed & enforced.

Other duties as assigned. Qualifications : 2-year vocational electrical degree and / or previous experience in 480 / 3 phase.

Good electrical mechanical repair & trouble shooting skills. Good communication skills. Willingness & ability to work & function in a team environment.
