We are recruiting an External Audit Delivery Manager for a major corporation in Suffolk. This role will be the in-house coordinator for, and oversee all aspect of, the annual external audit undertaken by their Big4 auditors.
You will act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the external auditors to ensure all requested information, actions and deliverables are provided in an efficient manner.
The annual external audit covers multiple group companies and runs through the entire year.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, where you will need to be in the office two days per week. This may include some time in other group office locations.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally need to have significant experience as either an external audit manager (or assistant manager) or be working in accounts preparation.
This will suit someone that perhaps wishes to take their finance career in a slightly different direction, as you will not be undertaking any actual accounting or accounts preparation work.
